Annie Lee

Our mother was born on April 27, 1948, in Apia, Samoa, where she grew up surrounded by love, a deep sense of faith, and a strong community in the Upolu islands of Samoa. She was a devoted daughter to Seiuli and Netini Lee, and a loving wife to Peter Smith. She was a loving mother to her children, Eric, Willie, Raymond, Sharon, a proud, unconditionally loving grandmother to her grandchildren, Kimberly, Salamasina, Lesina, Emily, Willie Jr., Brian, Brandon, Markel, Michael, Raymond Jr., as well as a great­grandmother to 9 great-grandchildren (range from 26 years old to 2 months old (mom's youngest great-grandchild). Our mother came from a big family, a beloved sister to her siblings Atepera, Evi, Ronnie, Rummy, Netta, Roberta (who is here with us today), Mary, Benjamin, Mose, Rosie, Ida (who is also here with us today), Joe, Mira, and Netini. Mom was a kind and generous soul and a loving personality to all who knew her.

From a young age, Mom grew up to church hymns, developing a love for singing. She often talked about their service in church and their home residence in Samoa, singing Samoan hymns from the Salama or Psalms songbook, accompanied by the piano organ keystroke sounds of the Solomona & Pouesi family. Mom carried on her childhood passion for church hymns on Sundays, even here in Las Vegas, on YouTube! Her unwavering kindness and smiles touched the lives of everyone she met. Her energy and passion for her family will never be forgotten. Her legacy of love, compassion, wisdom, and truth will continue to inspire all who knew her. My mother is truly a one of a KIND, a mother who was very hospitable to anyone who paid a visit to her humble home. I will forever miss looking at my mother's facial expressions, watching her from the side, enjoying dinner, and a Netflix movie. She was the light of my heart. Our household will not be the same without her. And, we will forever miss her every day.

Funeral Services for Annie Lee will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The Viewing will start at 4PM, and the Services will begin at 5PM. All services will be held inside the Legacy Lounge of Inspired Life Memorials at Summerlin, located at 311 N. Buffalo Dr., Suite B., Las Vegas, NV 89145. Annie will be cherished and remembered through the legacy of her loving family and friends.
