Cody Michael Huber, 35, passed away on July 14, 2026, leaving behind a loving family, countless friends, and a lifetime of memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. From the very beginning, Cody was someone special. As a baby, he was fascinated by lights, drawn to them with an almost endless curiosity. His intelligence quickly became apparent as he grew, and he excelled throughout his school years. He was inducted into the National Junior Honor Society, an accomplishment that reflected the intelligence and determination he carried throughout his life. He was popular and always had lots of friends. Cody was an amazing big brother and a fiercely loyal member of his family. He had a strong personality and strong opinions, an independent spirit, and a stubborn streak that made him uniquely Cody. He was handsome, smart, funny, and never afraid to be himself. Beneath all of that was a deeply caring person who loved his family and friends wholeheartedly. As an adult, Cody worked primarily as a cashier and took pride in living life on his own terms. He was a devoted Denver Broncos fan and had a passion for MMA, stand-up comedy, Mexican food, music, and online gaming. Some of his happiest moments were spent playing PlayStation with his online friends, sharing laughs, and simply enjoying the company of people he cared about. Cody's friendships meant a great deal to him. He was loyal, genuine, and always cherished the people who stood beside him. His best friend, Robert Komninos held a special place in his life as his lifelong best friend. His love for his family was equally strong. He was especially proud and protective of his little sister, Dallas, affectionately calling her "Monkey Butt." That nickname, like so many of Cody's quirks, is a small piece of the personality and humor that made him unforgettable. He also leaves behind his younger brother, AJ; his mother, Carrie; his grandfather, Jim Young; and many other beloved family members and friends. Cody was many things to many people: a son, a brother, a grandson, and a friend. He was smart, handsome, stubborn, independent, sometimes funny, loyal, and deeply loved. He leaves behind more than memories - he leaves behind pieces of himself in every person who had the privilege of knowing him. His life touched countless people, and his absence will be felt deeply. Though he is no longer here to make us laugh, share his opinions, cheer for the Broncos, or spend another night gaming with his friends, the memories he created will remain. Cody will be missed more than words can express and will never be forgotten. His life may have ended, but the love he gave and the memories he created will live on forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
