We honor and celebrate the Inspiring Life of LOTTIE HURLEY. Lottie Hurley was born on August 11, 1935, to Benjamin Walker and Lillie Belle Palmer in Onward, MS. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She later met and married the love of her life, Eugene Hurley, on April 11, 1955.

In 1954, Lottie and Eugene left Mississippi for the bright lights of Las Vegas, NV, where they purchased a home and became part of a vibrant growing community. They also acquired a ranch where they kept their horses along with a few other animals.Lottie gained employment at the iconic Caesars Palace, where after a few years she was promoted to supervisor. She held that position until she retired

Beyond her career Lottie was quite busy supporting the local youth in her community. Lottie was a talented seamstress who meticulously crafted uniforms and sponsored the Westernettes Drill Team. They participated in several parades and competitions winning several awards. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived and dearly missed by her sisters Mary Frances Robinson and Catherine Davis, both of Greenville, MS, and her brother, Elmo Walker (Rezenia), of Las Vegas, NV, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, family and friends.

A Memorial Service for Lottie will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM, inside the Legacy Lounge of Inspired Life Memorials at Summerlin, located at 311 N. Buffalo Dr. Suite B, Las Vegas, NV 89145.
