On the evening of November 4, 2015 God Yahweh picked a beautiful flower; an 8 lbs. 1 oz. bubbling baby boy born at Centennial Hills Hospital, who would be named Simeon Datreion Prince Young, born to Datreion Young and Jasmine Riley. He was born second of what was to be four siblings.

As early as a child starts to develop a personality and begins character development, those who were around him could see he had a very special heart full of love and kindness. Simeon affected you in a good way; from his inception upon meeting you as he began to grow, this became more and more apparent.

He grew into an awesome son, a great big brother, nearly every kid’s best friend, and he loved the color green and he loved his hats. He loved streaming also his favorite streamer was IShowSpeed. He loved basketball as well, whether it was playing or watching his absolute favorite player, LeBron James. He really enjoyed going to NBA games and he also enjoyed reading the Bible. He especially liked reading the verses that had his name in them. He felt special that he could pick up his Bible and find his name in it. Simeon had a very keen understanding; he understood technology at this very young age. He was starting to get a feel for repairing things and was on his way to coding school.

Simeon attended Wasden Elementary where he had many friends. He will be sorely missed by his beloved family and friends; a true pure soul that doesn’t come around too often. Rest in Heaven Simi.

He is survived by his mother Jasmine Riley, father Datreion Young, big sister Sanaya, Marie, Keturah Young, younger brothers, Mar’Chaun Raylen, Brown, and Mercury, Zayas. His grandparents, aunts uncles, and a host of cousins.

Funeral Services for Simeon will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 9:00 AM  11:00 AM, inside the Legacy Lounge of Inspired Life Memorials at Summerlin, located at 311 N. Buffalo Dr. Suite B, Las Vegas, NV 89145. For those that are unable to attend in-person, the service will be streamed live on the Inspired Life Memorials YouTube Channel.
